How sad that you are right when you say "The reasons we stay will never be as publicized as the reasons we leave unless we share them". I'm afraid even when we share them, they won't be as publicized. The public would much rather celebrate a young intellectual driven from the field than those of use who are darn good at our jobs and strive each day to be even better. Thanks for this reply!! Bravo!
